The Process
Step 1
Choose your garment and size
Step 2
If you are a new customer add a logo set up fee and upload your logo
1 logo = 1 set up fee / 2 logos = 2 set up fees required
Standard logo size approx. 10cm W x 6cm H Large logo size approx. 25cm x 15cm.
The set up fee is a once off payment that is paid to have the logo digitized and finalised after approval. It will not have to be paid again unless you are setting up a new logo or making changes to a logo. The set up fee does not include the price of the logos being put on the garments.
Artwork charges may apply if you can’t provide artwork that meets out requirements or if we need to make significant or recreate your artwork as we require specific file formats either
Jpg, Pdf, Eps, or Ai
Please refrain from using a company / Sports team or Sports Association / NFP that does not belong to you or you do not have authorisation to use. We will not be able to proceed with your order if written permission is not sent to info@embroiderycentral.com.au prior to production from your employer or the owner of the logo.
Step 3
Add the position of the logo you want.
(The quantity needs to match the number of garments you are ordering. Eg 8 shirts = 8 logos)
Step 4
Pantone(PMS) colours codes will need to be provided in the COMMENTS if you want the colours to match exactly to your logo supplied (if these are not supplied we will endeavour to match the colours as best we can)
Step 5
You will be emailed an embroidered/vinyl transfer of your design within 4 days, for approval prior to production.
Step 6
Once we receive your approval we will go ahead with your order, the turnaround time is 7-10 days from approval. If there are any delays please be assured we will be in contact to update you.
Step 7
Once your order is ready to go out and being delivered we will send you a tracking number or a text if local pick up.
