Follow these simple steps to customise your garments with embroidery or vinyl transfer branding.
Browse our wide range of garment styles, choose your preferred size using the size guide, and select your desired colour before proceeding with your order.
New customers must add a logo setup fee and upload their artwork. Artwork files should be supplied in JPG, PDF, EPS or AI format.
Choose the placement of your logo on the garment. The quantity of logos selected must match the quantity of garments ordered.
Add Pantone (PMS) colour codes in the comments section if you require exact colour matching for your logo artwork.
Within 4 business days you will receive a detailed digital proof showing colours, sizing and logo placement before production begins.
Once approved, your order moves into production with an estimated turnaround time of approximately 7–10 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking details or a text message if local pickup has been selected.
Products are not stocked directly at Embroidery Central and are ordered from suppliers, which usually takes 1–2 business days. If your selected size or colour is unavailable, our team will contact you promptly.
How We Personalise Your TeamWear
All customisation is managed in-house on our own equipment — full control over quality, colour and turnaround.
Our in-house team stitch names, logos and text directly into fabric — creating an elegant, durable finish on towels, robes, bags, hats and more. From flat to 3D raised embroidery, we can bring any design to life.
Adhesive vinyl is perfect for personalising drink bottles, glasses, mugs and items that can't be heat-pressed. Vivid and sharp for single or multi-colour designs; applied in-house for fast turnaround.
For vivid, full-colour artwork, digital transfers are pressed at 150° for a professional, long-lasting result — up to 80 washes. Perfect for complex multi-colour logos. Min. 10 units applies.
