Sublimation Steps
Step 1
Choose the sports and template you would like to use, if you already have a design in place we can help with this too.
Step 2
Complete the sublimation quote form with as much information as possible.
Step 3
We will provide you with a quote within 3 days.
Step 4
If you are happy with the quote we will come back to you with sizing charts and provide you with the following options for:
Materials, Collar Details, Sleeve Types, Placket or Zip Details, Cuffs/Sleeve or arm trims and Pockets.
Step 5
Once all the above is confirmed we will require a $250.00 deposit.
Step 6
We will provide then provide you with a mock up design.
Step 7
If a sample is required this can be provided at your cost with a 2-4 week turnaround.
Step 8
If no sample is required.
If your order is a maximum of 300 pieces full payment will be required prior to going into production.
If your order is over 300 units a 50% part payment to go into production with full payment prior to shipping.
Step 9
Production process includes: A printed template for you to view and approve, once approval is received we will go into Printing, Laser Cutting, Sewing, Extra Thread Cleaning.
Finished product is spot checked, Ironed, Packed, Counted and Shipped.
This process takes 4-6 weeks to complete.
Step 10
Once we receive your order we will count and it will be check by us at Embroidery Central, we will then either contact you to collect or send out and provide you with a tracking number for delivery.
We will at all times keep you updated on where your order is currently at in the production.
