Choose the sports and template you would like to use, if you already have a design in place we can help with this too.

Complete the sublimation quote form with as much information as possible.

We will provide you with a quote within 3 days.

If you are happy with the quote we will come back to you with sizing charts and provide you with the following options for: Materials, Collar Details, Sleeve Types, Placket or Zip Details, Cuffs/Sleeve or arm trims and Pockets.

Once all the above is confirmed we will require a $250.00 deposit.

We will then provide you with a mock up design.

If a sample is required this can be provided at your cost with a 2-4 week turnaround.

If no sample is required: For orders up to 300 pieces, full payment is required prior to production. For orders over 300 units, a 50% part payment is required to start production, with full payment due prior to shipping.

Production includes: template approval, printing, laser cutting, sewing, and thread cleaning. The finished product is spot checked, ironed, packed, and shipped. This takes 4-6 weeks.

Once we receive your order at Embroidery Central, we will count and check it. We will then contact you for local pick up or send it out with a tracking number.

We will at all times keep you updated on where your order is currently at in the production process.

Choose your garment from our wide range of available styles, select your preferred size from the size guide, and pick your desired colour option from the choices listed above before proceeding.

If you are a new customer add a logo set up fee and upload your logo. 1 logo = 1 set up fee / 2 logos = 2 set up fees required. Standard logo size approx. 10cm W x 6cm H. Large logo size approx. 25cm x 15cm. The set up fee is a once off payment that is paid to have the logo digitized and finalised after approval. It will not have to be paid again unless you are setting up a new logo or making changes to a logo. The set up fee does not include the price of the logos being put on the garments. Artwork charges may apply if you can’t provide artwork that meets our requirements or if we need to make significant or recreate your artwork as we require specific file formats either Jpg, Pdf, Eps, or Ai. Please refrain from using a company / Sports team or Sports Association / NFP that does not belong to you or you do not have authorisation to use. We will not be able to proceed with your order if written permission is not sent to info@embroiderycentral.com.au prior to production.

Add the position of the logo you want. (The quantity needs to match the number of garments you are ordering. Eg 8 shirts = 8 logos)

Pantone (PMS) colour codes will need to be provided in the COMMENTS if you want the colours to match exactly to your logo supplied (if these are not supplied we will endeavour to match the colours as best we can)

Once your order is placed, you will be emailed a detailed digital proof of your embroidered or vinyl transfer design within 4 business days. Please review the proof carefully including colours, sizing and placement. Your approval is required before we proceed to production. If you would like any changes made, simply reply to the email and we will revise and resend for your approval.

Once we receive your approval we will go ahead with your order, the turnaround time is 7-10 days from approval. If there are any delays please be assured we will be in contact to update you.

Once your order is ready to go out and being delivered we will send you a tracking number or a text if local pick up.

All products are not stocked at Embroidery Central and will be ordered in from the supplier which takes 1-2 business days. If your size or colour is not available we will contact you.
